Conscious & Inclusive Communication
Communication is core and transversal in every organization and a visible part of the culture. Sometimes messages have confusing meaning and don’t show alignment with the organization’s values. Other times, communication does not talk to a diverse group of collaborators. We can help you generate honest, non-violent, non-sexist, and inclusive communication.
Education & Development
We create workshops and talks designed to make a positive impact that contribute to raise awareness and develop a common language in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). We partner with HR and People & Culture departments to create a network of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Ambassadors that will be advocates within the organization. They can inspire and make a DEI agenda visible for all the community members.
